With all the twist and turns, drop offs, no guard rails you’re thinking how am I going to survive this ride. It is really simple ladies “HEAD AND EYES”. What does this mean, well when you “ride” a bike you go where you look. You “DRIVE” a car, you “RIDE” a bike.
When we drive a car we can afford to be careless, inattentive, and sleepy. There is a comfort zone in that car and we aren’t as venerable verses being on a bike.
If you find yourself looking over the edge of a cliff and you start drifting in that direction, you need to shift your concentration on the direction of the road you are traveling on.
This will correct your direction of travel, HEAD AND EYES…..
